Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and undamaged (except for trying it on to check the size).
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us via email at crocsocksus@gmail.com and notify us of the reason for the return.
- We may request photos of the item to verify its condition.
- Once the return is approved, you will need to send the item back at your own expense. We do not cover return shipping costs. Please provide us with the tracking number after shipping.

Important Notes:
- No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order. We provide a detailed sizing guide on our website to assist you in selecting the correct size before purchasing.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: Each item we send undergoes a photo and video documentation process. If we ship a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all costs and provide a full refund. If the item is in good condition when it leaves our warehouse, and damage occurs during shipping, the issue must be addressed with the shipping carrier.
- Notification Period: You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving it.
- Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The reason for this policy is that these items are deeply discounted and typically considered final sale. If you are unsure about a sale item, please contact us before purchase.
- Order Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund you the full purchase amount, including shipping costs, with no deductions.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
